Fall (again) in Seattle with Naoki

After Naoki came home from the hospital, Oren got some one on one time with Grandma. We also did our quarterly father-son haircut. This time, Scott, our barber, gave Oren the official GQ look. Oren was so excited to help with raking and gathering leaves. He even took the broom out to sweep leaves off the trees.  We took Oren and Naoki up to Swans Trail Farms to go pumpkin picking and to have some October fun with the Inmans. Unlike last year when Oren was afraid of the pumpkins, this year he picked out a couple favorites, pet the goat and sheep, yelled "it's Rugby!" at the Donkey, played in the corn kernel box, and rode the burlap sack slides.

Oren's school also held their annual Undoikai (Sport's day) and Oren seemed a little lost and unsure at first but really excelled in his events.  He may not be the fastest kid in his class but he does run with a certain style.  Ryan also participated in the parent event and helped win points for team Red!
