Grandma flew out to spend Thanksgiving with us. Despite the poor weather, Oren had many laughs and good times. Oren insisted that she take Gator while he walked his doggy around the house. They would meet up and say hello to each other at the end of the kitchen. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal with our favorite oyster stuffing, cornbread (GF), sweet potatoes (GF), mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts (GF), a 14 lb turkey (we like leftovers), and pumpkin pie. Oren found a particular favorite in the cornbread. He also tried some turkey once he learned it was chicken(ish). We were sad to see her leave so soon; ready to retire yet, Grandma?
