Choosing Oren Takeo's name sign announcement

Traditionally, the name sign announcement is posted after the 7th day of life. We all poured through dozens and dozens of versions. Ryan had to do the big calligraphy which is his name Hiroko wrote the top and side where the date is posted. Oren burped up one ones he didn't care for.  Jersey attempted to shred the worst of them. Now the sign will be framed and posted in Oren's bedroom.

O-Ren Take-O is written out in four characters. We chose the first "O" character which means Empathy. "Ren" means Lotus. "Take" is the family name meaning Samurai. The final "O" means Life. Of course, Oren in Hebrew also means pine.
